Will the accessories I purchased to be shipped with the bike?
Due to the different arrival times of the bikes and accessories, we ship them separately.
Can I pay more for expedited delivery?
Every parcel will be sent out batch by batch according to the purchasing date. We do not support expedited delivery with additional money. This is the same for all customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
For example, if the charger is out of stock on the website, will I receive a bike without a charger?
Don't worry, our bikes are mass-produced in advance, and a charger will be included with the bike. So even if the charger is out of stock, you will still receive a fully equipped bike.
Will the bike I received be assembled？
The bike will arrive mostly assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video so you can assemble your Ebikech bike within 20mins even if you are a novice.
